PL’s KickStart Journey

PL, a physician who believes in lifestyle medicine, struggled with weight gain and felt out of shape despite knowing what to do. As her fitness declined, she became disconnected from her former athletic self, and the frustration began impacting her sleep, mood, confidence, and marriage. While it appeared to be a fat loss problem, the deeper issue was a shift in mindset that made lasting change feel out of reach.
PL chose Trevor Kashey Nutrition as a way to respect herself. She avoided quick fixes and focused on structure, tracking progress, and daily habits. Now, she pays more attention to her thoughts, feels more stable emotionally, and is more purposeful in her actions. She knows there is still more to do, but she feels hopeful, capable, and supported. Her new confidence has improved her relationship and helped her live in line with her values again.
