Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 Cups cooked Chicken Breast, chopped or shredded (or use 1 whole rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Buffalo Sauce (such as Frank’s Buffalo Sauce or your preferred brand)
Optional Garnishes: Sliced Green Onion, extra Buffalo Sauce for topping

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Add the shredded Cooked Chicken Breast, Plain Greek Yogurt, Cream Cheese, and all but ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese to a large baking dish. Stir until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar Cheese and Monterey Jack Cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling at the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and let the dip cool slightly. Add Green Onion or extra Buffalo Sauce on top if desired.
